If you want a specific goal, you have to define exactly what you really want to do to empower your fitness.

 

 Make Your Goals Measurable- When you are setting goals, you must know how to keep track of your progress. Making this concrete won’t only help you to stay on track, but also, this can give you motivation while reaching every step on your milestones.

 

 Make Sure That Your Goals are Attainable- This does not mean that you need to set your bars high just to shoot for the stars. However, there are cases that people set goals that are difficult to attain, which will just lead them to discouragement and failure.
