Today I love that I bought some yeast sight unseen by ordering it on the phone and when I got it it is four times the quantity that I normally buy and so I won’t have to go looking for yeast for quite some time I reckon. I love that I am now contemplating baking more than just bread, the inspirational wonders of having lots of yeast on hand. I love that I also got hold of some whole wheat flour and will soon be making a modified bread that may perhaps remind me of times long since gone, as if I needed something else to do that for me, eh?
Today I love drinking coffee while I remember the finches from the cottage and plan lots of baking and writing.
